If a refund is needed, we process it after checking the order: Credit / Debit Card and Alipay payments go back to the original method; senangPay payments (FPX online banking, e-wallet or card) are refunded by bank transfer, and we'll ask for the account holder's full name, bank and account number. Once verified, it reaches you within 2–3 working days. Walk-in and QR payments follow the store's on-site rules.
