All packages are booked and paid online at least 1 hour ahead. The booking time is your entry time; you may stay a full 12 hours (the daytime package follows its own time rules).
Listed prices exclude 10% service charge and 8% SST; the checkout page shows the final amount payable, with no hidden fees.
Checkout is completed through senangPay / credit card / Apple Pay and similar trusted channels. After payment you receive a confirmation email; show the order at the front desk to check in.
Please follow in-house signage and staff guidance; treatment times are scheduled on arrival per therapist availability. For everyone's comfort, disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
Children age 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times; age 2 & under register free at the front desk.

Please keep your valuables with you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a guest's own actions.
