Is Sunday a weekday or weekend rate?
Weekend rate. Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays, use weekday rates; Sat, Sun and public holidays use weekend rates.
How are public holidays priced?
Weekend rate. The price shows right on the calendar when you pick a date — no maths needed.
How does Buy 1 Free 1 work?
One order covers 2 guests, both on the booked date. You can arrive separately — each of you just gives the order number at the front desk. Usually two adults share it; with an odd number of adults, the extra adult can share one with a child aged 3–12.
Best value for one person?
The Solo 12-Hour Pass — book online and get a free 30-min massage (foot & leg, or Chinese partial).
How do 3 or 5 people buy?
Pairs take Buy 1 Free 1; the extra person takes a Solo Pass (which also includes the free massage).
What does each package include?
Massage Hot Spring Package: a 12-hour pass and 60-min Tui Na or foot massage (choose on arrival). Back Stepping Hot Spring Package: a 12-hour pass and 30-min Back Stepping. Anniversary Oxygen Hot Spring Package: a 12-hour pass and 60-min oxygen chamber for one; the double package includes two 12-hour passes and a 60-min double chamber. Anniversary All-In Package: a 12-hour pass, 60-min Tui Na or foot massage, plus two small treatments, one session each (ear cleaning, foot grooming, cupping, gua sha or eye wash; choose on arrival). All anniversary packages, including the double oxygen package, run until 10 Nov. Online Solo Pass bookings include a free 30-min massage; Buy 1 Free 1 does not include massage, which can be added separately.
What else comes with a ticket or package?
Every ticket and package includes a free TCM pulse consultation and a cup of herbal tea for each guest admitted, once per ticket (TCM room 1pm–3am, limited daily slots set by the TCM room).
Why are treatments cheaper in the daytime?
Treatments starting from 08:00 to before 20:00 use the online price; those starting from 20:00 to before 08:00 the next day use the store price, with the difference paid on arrival. Start times are scheduled by the front desk; treatments scheduled before 20:00 keep the daytime price.
Can kids come?
Yes. For ages 3–12 we match tickets to your group: with an odd number of adults, the extra adult can share a Buy 1 Free 1 with one child, and the other kids get a Kids Ticket (Mon–Fri RM58, Sat Sun & Public Holidays RM88, with an adult); age 2 & under register free at the front desk.
Couples — can we be together? Are the baths separated?
All common areas are shared — dining, rest lounges, the movie lounge. The bath areas are separated by gender; there is no mixed bathing area. To soak together, book the Storm Room via WhatsApp (swimwear on, men and women together; check slots on WhatsApp first).
Do I need a swimsuit? What's provided?
Bathing is primarily unclothed, and you're welcome to bring your own swimwear. We provide bath towels and shorts for men; bath towels and disposable underwear for women.
Can I stay overnight? Are there rooms to sleep in?
Resting overnight within your 12-hour stay is fine — but we're a spa, not a hotel. Resting is on loungers in the shared rest areas; there are no private bedrooms. For privacy, private rooms can be booked via WhatsApp and are charged per room.
Is the food halal?
No — our food is non-halal, contains pork, and is not halal-certified. Muslim guests are welcome to enjoy the pools, steam, sauna and massage facilities, and may bring their own food (no alcohol).
Can I bring a cake or outside food?
Yes. Cakes are welcome — hand them to our staff for safekeeping on arrival. Outside food is fine; alcohol is not allowed.
Any birthday deal?
Yes — within 2 days either side of your birthday (a 5-day window), the 12-hour pass is half price for the birthday guest — RM99.71 all-in on Mon–Fri, RM117.41 all-in on Sat, Sun & public holidays. Show your ID at the front desk; for the birthday person only.
I'm pregnant / recovering from surgery — can I visit?
You're welcome, but please note we are not a medical facility. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or have been drinking, please check with your doctor first; we do not recommend the hot pools or sauna. We don't do deep-pressure massage on post-surgery areas or where metal plates are fitted — gentle foot and leg work is fine. Please tell your therapist about your condition on arrival.
How far ahead must I book?
Available dates and times are shown in the booking calendar.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Free rescheduling, unlimited. Same-day changes are fine as long as you tell us before your original slot starts. Moving to a higher-priced slot: pay the difference. Moving to a lower-priced slot: the difference becomes in-store credit. Message us on WhatsApp.
How do refunds work?
If a refund is needed, we process it after checking the order: Credit / Debit Card and Alipay payments go back to the original method; senangPay payments (FPX online banking, e-wallet or card) are refunded by bank transfer, and we'll ask for the account holder's full name, bank and account number. Once verified, it reaches you within 2–3 working days. Walk-in and QR payments follow the store's on-site rules. Message us on WhatsApp.
Is payment safe?
Checkout runs through two payment gateways, senangPay and Stripe; you get a confirmation email right after payment.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout takes Alipay, FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB and other Malaysian banks), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, ShopeePay and GrabPay, credit / debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay (which ones appear depends on your phone and browser). Trouble paying? Send us the order number on WhatsApp and we'll send a payment QR.
What do I bring on arrival?
Just your phone — show the order to the front desk.
Walk-in vs booking online — any difference?
Single treatments have different online and store prices; orders placed online use the online price. Online-only perks also include the Solo Pass free 30-min massage. Weekends and holidays get busy, so booking ahead is recommended.
