Can I really stay 12 hours?

Is Sunday a weekday or weekend rate?
Weekday rate. Sun–Thu are all weekday; Fri, Sat and public holidays are the other tier.
How are public holidays priced?
Weekend rate. The price shows right on the calendar when you pick a date — no maths needed.
How does Buy 1 Free 1 work?
One order, 2 adults, entering together on the same day and time — it can't be split into two visits.
Best value for one person?
The Solo 12-Hour Pass — book online and get a free 30-min massage (foot & leg, or Chinese partial).
How do 3 or 5 people buy?
Pairs take Buy 1 Free 1; the extra person takes a Solo Pass (which also includes the free massage).
Do packages include a massage?
The Solo Pass includes a free 30-minute massage when booked online, and the Daytime package includes a pick of three treatments; check each package card for other inclusions. With a Buy 1 Free 1 or Solo Pass in your order, same-day treatments under RM499 are 20% off, applied automatically at checkout; treatments at RM499 and above aren't discounted — each already covers free entry, so book the treatment alone, no ticket needed.
Free entry when I spend RM499?
Yes. Spend RM499 in one bill (one treatment or several combined) and entry is free — just book the treatments, no ticket needed. Two notes: the free entry and the 20% off are one-or-the-other, never stacked (RM499+ treatments are never discounted); and the Storm Shower is a private room priced per room — a RM499 room fee covers 1 person's entry only.
Can kids come?
Yes. Kids Ticket: Sun–Thu RM58, Fri Sat & Public Holidays RM88 (age 12 & under, with an adult); age 2 & under register free at the front desk.
Couples — can we be together? Are the baths separated?
All common areas are shared — dining, rest lounges, the movie lounge. The bath areas are separated by gender; there is no mixed bathing area. For a private space, the Storm Shower room rents by the hour (book via WhatsApp).
Do I need a swimsuit? What's provided?
Bathing is primarily unclothed, and you're welcome to bring your own swimwear. We provide bath towels and shorts for men; bath towels and disposable underwear for women.
Can I stay overnight? Are there rooms to sleep in?
Resting overnight within your 12-hour stay is fine — but we're a spa, not a hotel. Resting is on loungers in the shared rest areas; there are no private bedrooms. For privacy, the Storm Shower room rents by the hour.
Is the food halal?
No — our food is non-halal, contains pork, and is not halal-certified. Muslim guests are welcome to enjoy the pools, steam, sauna and massage facilities, and may bring their own food (no alcohol).
Can I bring a cake or outside food?
Yes. Cakes are welcome — hand them to our staff for safekeeping on arrival. Outside food is fine; alcohol is not allowed.
Any birthday deal?
Yes — within 2 days either side of your birthday (a 5-day window), the 12-hour pass is RM99 (excludes 10% service charge & 8% SST), valid any day including weekends and holidays. Show your ID at the front desk; for the birthday person only.
I'm pregnant / recovering from surgery — can I visit?
You're welcome, but please note we are not a medical facility. Mums-to-be may soak, just not for long stretches. We don't do deep-pressure massage on post-surgery areas or where metal plates are fitted — gentle foot and leg work is fine. Please tell your therapist about your condition on arrival.
How far ahead must I book?
All packages: book online at least 1 hour ahead.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — free up to 1 day before your visit, unlimited times, via WhatsApp.
How do refunds work?
Message us, we verify your order, and refund the original way within 14 days. Same-day changes — message us and we'll sort it out.
Is payment safe?
Checkout runs through senangPay / credit card / Apple Pay; you get a confirmation email right after payment.
Any payment options besides the website checkout?
The website takes senangPay, credit cards and Apple Pay. Prefer WeChat Pay, Alipay, Touch 'n Go or bank transfer? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you order and pay. If your overseas card fails at checkout, we can handle it manually too.
What do I bring on arrival?
Just your phone — show the order to the front desk.
Walk-in vs booking online — any difference?
Tickets and single treatments cost the same either way; online-only perks include the Solo Pass's free 30-min massage, and orders with a Buy 1 Free 1 or Solo Pass get added treatments under RM499 at 20% off. Weekends and holidays get busy — booking ahead is recommended.
