How is the total worked out?
Classic is RM699 + 8% SST = RM754.92; Anytime is RM798 + 8% SST = RM861.84; Four-Hands is RM1,699 + 8% SST = RM1,834.92. The RM100 travel fee is not charged online and is paid in cash on arrival.
How is my address confirmed after payment?
After payment, our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the service address and arrival time, then checks the 30km radius manually. If the address is beyond range, the payment is returned by the original method under the refund SOP.
Which areas do you cover?
Within 30km of the store, confirmed manually from your exact address after payment.
What do I need to prepare — and what does the therapist bring?
Nothing to clear, no furniture to move — just a spot where you can lie flat, undisturbed. Your therapist brings massage oil and fresh single-use linens and towels, used once and never reused. There is no massage bed to fit in: the linens go straight over your own bed, and that is the whole setup. The oil stays on those linens. A towel and a glass of water nearby are nice, but nothing you need to go out and buy.
How soon can someone be here?
The earliest start time you can pick online is 3 hours after booking — that is the lead time we need to assign a therapist and get to you. Sooner than that? WhatsApp us the address and the time you want; we will check what is possible that day and come straight back to you.
Late-night bookings?
The Anytime package can be booked at any hour, 3 a.m. included — same rule: the earliest start is 3 hours from booking. Classic and Four-Hands run start times from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Landing late, or knocking off way past midnight? Book before you land or before you leave the office, so there is nothing left to wait for.
