Single treatments are priced by start time (the daytime rate when the treatment starts 08:00–20:00, the store price when it starts 20:00–08:00), and the front desk arranges your start time; the 12 hours in entry packages start at check-in.
Listed prices exclude 10% service charge and 8% SST; the checkout page shows the final amount payable, with no hidden fees.
Checkout is completed through Alipay / senangPay / credit card / Apple Pay and similar trusted channels. After payment you receive a confirmation email; show the order at the front desk to check in.
Please follow in-house signage and staff guidance; treatment times are scheduled on arrival per therapist availability. For everyone's comfort, disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
Children Ages 3–12 (2 and under free) must be accompanied by an adult at all times; age 2 & under register free at the front desk.
