Weekend rates apply only to four products: the Yangzhou Body Scrub Package, B1F1, Solo Pass and Kids Ticket. All other products cost the same on weekdays and weekends. Public holidays always use weekend rates.

- When an order includes an entry ticket, massage add-ons priced below RM499 receive 20% off (for online orders, the massage and ticket must use the same arrival date; the same 20% discount is available at the front desk).
- Items priced at RM499 or above (including Harmonic Four Hands Ritual) are not discounted.
- Private rooms are not eligible for the massage discount.

Muslim guests are welcome to use all facilities, including the pools, steam room, sauna and massage. They may choose not to dine or bring their own food (no alcohol may be brought in). | Can I stay overnight? | Yes. One Spa is open 24 hours, with recliners and a movie lounge. It is not a hotel and does not provide beds or hotel rooms. |
| Do I need a reservation? | No phone reservation is required. After ordering online, show your payment proof or order number on arrival. |
| What should I bring? | Only a change of clothes. Towels, toiletries and lockers are included. |
