Add-on Rules
- Treatments are priced by start time: Tui Na, foot massage and body scrub are half the store price when the treatment starts 08:00–20:00, and the other treatments are 60% of the store price when they start 08:00–20:00; from 20:00 to 08:00 the next day, all treatments are at the store price.
- Treatments starting from 08:00 to before 20:00 use the online price; those starting from 20:00 to before 08:00 the next day use the store price, with the difference paid on arrival. Start times are scheduled by the front desk; treatments scheduled before 20:00 keep the daytime price.
- Private rooms are booked via WhatsApp only and are not sold online.

Muslim guests are welcome to use all facilities, including the pools, steam room, sauna and massage. They may choose not to dine or bring their own food (no alcohol may be brought in). | Can I stay overnight? | Yes. One Spa is open 24 hours, with recliners and a movie lounge. It is not a hotel and does not provide beds or hotel rooms. |
| Do I need a reservation? | No phone reservation is required. After ordering online, show your payment proof or order number on arrival. |
